This is so clearly not what R' Tzadok means it is hard to be mekabel that R' Wachtfogel said this. The proof that chutzpah works k'lapei shemaya comes from Sanhedrin 105 regarding Bilam, as R' Tzadok himself writes. Clearly that has nothing to do with limud haTorah. R' Tzadok's citation of the Zohar is to explain what the maapilim got wrong. "Lo yasiguha" means their onesh was to fail to intuit the correct "torah" in this instance. - CB
