Why does the possuk open וידבר אלקים and then switch to name יקוק? What is the connection between Hashem keeping His bris with the avot and hearing the cries of Klal Yisrael?
The Tiferes Shlomo says derech derush והוצאתי אתכם מתחת סבלות מצרים is telling us the key to leaving Egypt is סבלות to have סבלנות through any situation one is put in. When one accepts the situation without complaint, that will lead one to be able to get out of the situation.
Moshe complained that after Hashem sent him, far from getting better, things just got worse.
